Britain is waiting for a hydrogen network. We think the network is already in the ground. WindFuel puts the fuel where fleets already stop — without tankers, without a new national pipeline, and without waiting for 2040.
The cheapest hydrogen in Britain will not come from one enormous plant. It will come from a thousand small ones, sitting exactly where the fuel is sold.
Every hydrogen plan of the last decade has had the same shape: build something vast on an estuary, then spend fifteen years and several billion pounds working out how to move the molecule to the people who need it. The plants keep getting cancelled, and the reason is always the same — nobody could name the buyer.
We think distribution is the whole problem. So we built the version that does not have one. How we do that is the company, and it is not something we publish.
Do that once and you have an interesting station. Do it a thousand times and you have the network everyone else is still drawing.
We are not asking anyone to believe in a scientific breakthrough. Every part of this is proven equipment, arranged in a way that has not been tried in Britain.
Hydrogen available where fleets already stop, without waiting fifteen years for national pipeline infrastructure that may never be funded.
The site is commercially viable from the day it opens. Hydrogen grows into a business that is already trading, rather than carrying it.
The first station is a project. The hundredth is a build programme. Repeatability is the entire valuation argument, and it is engineered in from the start.
Most ventures at this stage have a deck and an intention. We have a designed station — drawn, specified, costed and packaged for procurement.
What that design contains is the company. It is released in full to qualified investors under NDA, and to nobody else.

The prize is not a forecourt. It is a standard, financeable, repeatable asset class that did not exist before, sitting on a fuel the country has committed to and cannot currently buy.
A single flagship, built in public. It proves the process, the permitting route and the economics in front of the people who need to believe them.
Target: site secured, then buildDensity before breadth. A fuel you can reach once is a curiosity; a fuel you can reach twice is a business. Placement is a deliberate strategy, not a land grab.
Target: a usable clusterAt this point the company is no longer selling hydrogen. It is selling a standardised, financeable piece of national infrastructure.
Ambition: national coverageWe are not chemists promising a miracle. We are operators who looked at why every large hydrogen project in Britain kept dying, concluded that the answer was always distribution, and decided to build the version that does not need any.
The full team, backgrounds and delivery plan are in the deck.
The concept engineering is done: process design, electrical design, site masterplan, bill of materials and a supplier package set. The round funds site acquisition, the gas and grid connection applications, and the safety case that unlocks construction.
